Description: F260 Gearbox Standard Overhaul (Labour charges waived) Desc : Model F260 S/No : 129 Scope of work: - Disassembly of gearbox into component pieces - Clean all parts and inspect - Compile and issue an inspection report based on findings - Supply new bearings and seal kits (gearbox planetary gear bearings and mechanical face seals are not included at this stage, these will be inspected and it will be advised if they are recommended to be replaced) - Overhaul components being reused - Rebuild - Bench rotational test only and issue test report - Paint to offshore paint/corrosion protection system (system 7) - Pack ready for shipping Note: - Excluded from our offer are overtime, parts (other than mentioned above), machining, manufacturing & consumables. - In case of urgency we will charge additional costs of 50% on Weekdays and 80% on Weekend / Public Holiday.
