Description: Rewinding of Electric Motor Spec : 140Kw, 440V, 60Hz, 3Ph, 4Pole, 555A, 1735Rpm Maker : Dezhou Hengli Elect: Serial No. : TBA Rewinding Job scope: * Dismantle motor, draw out rotor and bearings * Strip off existing stator coils and clean with hot water * Re-insulate core slots with nomex insulation paper * Rewind stator coils as per original specification * Hot dip in varnish and bake in oven * Supply and renew bearings 6320C3 & 6315zzC3 * Supply and renew Thermistor (180°C) x 2 pcs * Supply and renew Heater (42W, 220V) x 1 pcs * Machining of de housing and resleeve to size * Conduct dynamic balancing of the rotor c/w report * Assemble the motor and perform free load testing.
