Description: SWL32ton 2 Fall Hook Block Standard Overhaul (non-urgent) (PC300 Crane) Labour charges to dismantle the SWL32ton 2-fall hookblock, clean and inspect, perform NDT testing on all load bearing areas / rope sheaves / axle & seating surfaces, dimensional check of all seats / axle / rope sheave groove / bearing seats, re-assemble with new bearings and seals and XYLON coated screws, secure with lock wire & lock nuts, conform to DROPS, full documentation - Stencil SWL on rope sheave block - NDT testing of sheave block after onshore load testing Note: Price is non urgent basis, and excluding parts, machining / manufacturing costs, sandblasting / painting and consumables.
