Description: Hoisting Winch Traverse E-Motor (Standard Overhaul) 1. Dismantle the unit and separate the bearings & Coupling 2. Conduct electrical test like DLRO, IR test, Surge & Impedance check 3. Clean the stator coil with steam and chemical and bake into oven 4. Repeat the cleaning process until IR value improve 5. Clean the rotor and parts with steam and chemical and bake into oven 6. Varnish the stator coil and bake into oven 7. Remove the excess varnish 8. Dynamic balance the rotor is not offered due to small in size 9. Run-out check on rotor shaft 10. Measure the bearing housing and journals dimensions 11. Assemble the unit 12. Dismantle brake assembly 13. Check the space heater 14. Check the PTC Thermistor 15. Renew bearings on DE & NDE sides 16. Conduct No Load Run Test 17. Provide Service report Note: -Price excludes overtime, parts, consumables and any machining works if required
