Description: Grab: SOLLY, RCG24.0-6000/12000 Overhaul Workshop cost: -NDT testing of 12m length of bottom lip / per grab SGD 870.- -Replacement of 3x bottom lip length 520mm SGD 8,400.- > 1x length bottom lip, grab#1 > 2x length bottom lip, grab#4 -NDT testing (MPI) of all welding after replacement SGD 870.- -Include Unloading / Loading. Scope: Crop damaged lip section, profile cut new lip section and weld in place acc. to wear plate weld procedure. Note: -Cost estimate is excluding any parts, overtime, any other repair work others than mentioned above and will be offered separately (e.g: additional length bottom lip than as listed above). -In case of work required on the weekend, a surcharge of 50% will apply on the workshop cost (e.g. SGD 8,400.- +50% = SGD 12,600.-)
