Description: Hoisting Winch c/w Hoisting Motor Standard Overhaul Labour charges to disassemble hoisting winch gearbox & hydraulic motor and clean all parts for inspection. To carry out crack testing on all bearing seating faces and gears. To establish a detailed report of findings. To re-assemble with new bearings, seals and with broken parts renewed / repaired. Including pressure testing. Included in overhaul cost: Hoisting Motor Overhaul Note: -Excluded from our offer are overtime, parts, machining, manufacturing & consumables. - In case of urgency we will charge additional costs of 50% on Weekdays and 80% on Weekend / Public Holiday.
