Description: Overhaul and Inspection of Bridal Block for Favco 7.5/10 Crane Scope of Work: Collection of the assembly from customer yard Receipt of the Unit, visual inspection and Goods Inward Report with photographs Dismantling of the unit Sandblasting of all components MPI of frame, pins and sheaves Priming and the painting of all parts and components as per OEM specification. Change out of the sheave bearings, supplied by the client assembly of the unit as per assembly proceedure Load test of the unit as per approved proceedure, certification of the same after test Final Q/C inspection Delivery of the unit to customer's yard with all relevent documentats and certificates
