Description: Rewinding of AC Motor and brake unit Motor Details: S2-10MIN, D380, 10kW, 440V, 60HZ,Assumed: 4 pole, AC Motor and Brake Unit only Work scope for Rewinding of AC Motor and brake unit only: 1. Dismantle the unit and separate the bearings & Coupling 2. Conduct electrical test like DLRO, IR test, Surge & Impedance check 3. Take the winding data on stator coil 4. Remove the burnt coils 5. Clean the stator lamination and reinsulate 6. Rewind the coil 7. Double dip varnish the stator coil and bake into oven 8. Remove the excess varnish 9. Clean the rotor and parts with steam and chemical and bake into oven 10. Dynamic balancing of Rotor 11. Run out check on the rotor shaft 12. Renew DE & NDE Bearings 13. Overhaul of brake unit 14. Check the Brake pad, spring and Hub 15. Measure the bearing housing and journal dimension 16. Assemble the motor 17. Conduct Electrical Test Again 18.
