Description: Tungsten Carbide Cobalt Chromium Alloy coating HVOF-system coating system (High Velocity Oxy Fuel) for excellent wear and corrosion resistance •Grind Rod O.D. to base of coating and corrosion pits •Apply Tungsten Carbide Cobalt Chromium composite powder with overspray for finish grinding •Grind and lap to seal quality surface finish to 0.4 microns Ra or better •Apply capillary sealer •Check coating integrity with NDT process •Dimensional check before delivery Note: Price stated is without overtime and subject to actual condition of surface during inspection and / or chroming process. Any additionally requested coating thickness beyond 0.4microns RA will be charged proportionate at 40 % of quoted price.
