Description: Winch gearbox, W800 Standard Overhaul Labour charges to disassemble winch gearbox and clean all parts for inspection. To carry out crack testing on all bearing seating faces and gears. To establish a detailed report of findings To re-assemble with new bearings, seals and with broken parts renewed / repaired. Note: -Price is excluding overtime, parts, machining / manufacturing costs and consumables. -Required parts, machining work, manufacturing of gear wheels etc. will be offered after inspection -For dismantling and inspection only and without reassembly we charge 25% of labour charge or SGD 750.00 of the workshop cost SGD 3,000.00
