Description: 1) To supply labours,materials (S355J2G3/EH36, Mild Steel), tools, equipments, machinery and facility to repair the following item as per given GA Drawing No: 242.JN30/26-03-0 & requirement and further discussion. 2) Shot blasting, primer coat on repair jib sections & cross beam only, NDT (UT/MPI) , Machining on pivot piece only, classification society, alignment of jib, material testing (Charpy Test @ -40 Degrees Celcius, Tensile Test, Chemical Analysis on 5 Elements Only), Wire Brush and roller paint primer on welding seam after completion.
