Description: ER Crane Travelling Motor Standard Overhaul Work scope for Rewinding of Stator coil: 1. Dismantle the unit and separate the bearings & Coupling 2. Conduct electrical test like DLRO, IR test, Surge & Impedance check 3. Take the winding data of the stator coil 4. Remove the stator coil 5. Clean the lamination from debris 6. Re-insulate the stator lamination 7. Rewind the stator coil 8. Double dip varnish the stator coil with class H insulation varnish and bake into oven 9. Clean the rotor and parts with steam and chemical and bake into oven 10. Dynamic balancing of the rotor 11. Run-out check on rotor shaft 12. Renew DE & NDE Bearings by bearing heater (Price will be quote after dismantling & Inspection) 13. Overhaul the brake assembly 14. Clean the brake coil, Bad, Hub and spring 15. Conduct Electrical test on the brake system 16. Measure the bearing housing and journals dimensions 17. Assemble the unit 18. Conduct No Load Run Test 19. Provide Service report
