Description: Mooring Winch (AT 40.000/E) Labour cost to dismantle / assemble complete Mooring Winch: -Sandblast complete unit and NDT -Paint with 3x coat marine grade paint, DFT 300micron -Inspect spooling device assembly -Inspect clutch assembly, Overhaul Clutch Cylinder (Offered seperately) -Inspect HPU -Inspect all bushes and main shaft clearances, replace bushes if required -Inspect winch drum & surface wear on brake drum and machine if required -Overhaul Hydraulic Cylinder for Brake Drum (Offered seperately) -Inspect Brake Band & replace brake linings - glue with ARALDITE AV138 (Epoxy) & HB998 (Hardener) -Overhaul Reduction Gear & E-Motor (offered separately) -Replace all bearings, seals and screws -Grease all lubrication points Included: NDT, Sandblasting / Painting Note: -Excluded from our offer are overtime, parts, machining, manufacturing & consumables. - In case of urgency we will charge additional costs of 50% on Weekdays and 80% on Weekend / PublicHoliday.
