Description: SWL12.5 ton 4-Fall Hook Block Repair: Labour charges to dismantle the hook block and clean for inspection, dimensional check of hook / seats / pins,NDT of complete hook / lifting eye & pin at lifting eye,replace thrust bearing, assemble with new Xylon coated screws and secure to conform to DROPS, touch up painting, comprehensive workshop report. Note: - Price is w/o overtime, parts,machining and w/o bearings and consumables. - Load testing and recertification can be arranged, at cost. - Overhaul Hook blocks, adhere to being DROPS Compliant.
