Description: Rope Sheave Standard Overhaul Labour charges to: - To remove existing bearings and clean all parts for inspection, - To power brush sheave to bare metal at critical area - To carry out crack testing on all bearing seating faces, welding seams & load bearing areas - To measure Rope Sheave groove area - To establish a QC report - To re-paint sheave with x1 layer of primer - To assemble with new bearings, seals and with broken parts renewed / repaired. Note: -Excluded from our offer are overtime, parts (others than mentioned above), machining, manufacturing & consumables. -In case of urgency we will charge additional costs of 50% on Weekdays and 80% on Weekend / Public Holiday.
