Description: 150 ton Dyna Line Standard Overhaul Labour charges to dismantle the component, clean and inspect, perform NDT testing on all load bearing areas / rope sheaves / axle, dimensional check of all seats / axle / rope sheave grooves, re-assemble with new bearings / seals and XYLON coated screws, secure with lock wire & lock nuts, conform to DROPS. Function test / Load test DYNALINE on test stand to 150to wire rope tension, check / calibrate load pin output. Full documentation, including Load test report and load pin readout protocol. Note: - Excluded from our offer are overtime, parts, machining, manufacturing, Load testing and recertification. - In case of urgency we will charge additional costs of 50% on Weekdays and 80% on Weekend / Public Holiday.
