Description: To carryout top urgent repair works on the rope sheave & side shield from the 350T Hook Block. Work Scope: •To smoothen the worn area at the side shield and conduct MPI testing afterwards •To weld up worn are on the rope sheave (on one side only) and machine to correct dimension. Conduct MPI test once machining is completed. •Replace bearing in the rope sheave •Clean rope sheave axle and conduct MPI Testing •Drill out old safety pin from the rope sheave axle and fabricate new. •To fabricate x2pcs of nickel bronze washers Note: Bearing has been charged under job reference SGRN-1610-335.
