Description: Luffing Gearbox Standard Overhaul Labour charges (only) to disassemble luffing gearbox and clean all parts for inspection. To carry out crack testing on all bearing seating faces and gears. To establish a detailed report of findings. To re-assemble with new bearings, seals and with broken parts renewed / repaired. Note: -Price is excluding overtime, parts, machining / manufacturing costs and consumables. -Required parts, machining work, manufacturing of gear wheels etc. will be offered after inspection -Inspection charges for gearbox only: Option 1: Dismantling / inspection only (25%) Option 2: Dismantling / inspection / assembly without repair. (50%)
