Varnish the stator coil and bake into oven 5. Clean the rotor and parts and bake into oven 6. Clean the gearbox and bake into oven 7. Overhaul the brake coil and bake into oven 8. Remove the excess varnish 9. Measure the bearing housing and journal dimension 10. Dynamic balancing of the rotor is not offered due to small in size 11. Run out check on the shaft 12. Renew DE & NDE Bearings 13. Overhaul brake unit 14. Assemble the motor 15. Conduct Electrical Test Again 16. Conducted no load test run 17.
