Description: SWL36ton Hook Block Repair: - To open up Hook Block and clean all parts for inspection. - To power brush all items & sheaves to bare metal - To carry out crack testing on all bearing seating faces, welding seams & load bearing areas - To to establish a QC report - To carryout touch up paint. - To assemble with new bearings, seals and with broken parts renewed / repaired. Note: - Price is w/o overtime, parts,machining and w/o bearings and consumables. - Load testing and recertification can be arranged but not included in the price.
