Description: Rewinding of E-Motor Work scope for Overhaul of AC motor 1. Dismantle the unit and separate the bearings & Coupling 2. Conduct electrical test like DLRO, IR test, Surge & Impedance check 3. Clean the stator with steam and chemical and bake into oven 4. Varnish the stator coil and bake into oven 5. Clean the rotor and parts with steam and chemical and bake into oven 6. Remove the excess varnish 7. Dynamic balance the rotor 8. Run-out check on rotor shaft 9. Measure the bearing housing and journals dimensions 10. Renew Bearings by bearing Induction heater (Price will be quoted after proper dismantling and inspection) 11. Assemble the unit 12. Conduct No Load Run Test 13. Provide Service report Note: This is budgetary Price. The renewal of others parts will be additional. The repairing of bearing journal, bearing housing and any other mechanical repair will be additional. After proper dismantling and inspection, the quote will be revised accordingly.
