Description: Repair of 1x dented grab shell To provide facility, material, equipment, tools and labour to repair 1x damaged grab shell: - To unload / load the grab at the facility - To remove both grab shells to inspect all pins and bushes - To cut / bend and renew 1x bottom plate on the damaged grab shell, material S355 / EH36 - To cut / bend and renew 1x side plate on the damaged grab shell, material S355 / EH36 - To cut and renew all 3x lips on the repaired grab shell, est. 6m length, material Hardox 400/450 - To clean and paint the repair area with primer . - To install both grab shells and replace bushes and pins where required Note: Not included are parts, machining / fabrication costs others than already mentioned above and transport of the grab from and to vessel
