Description: Accident Boom Repair MHI 30.5t x 26m To supply Labour, Materials (ST52/S355/EH36, MILD STEEL A36/SS400/S235/S275), tools, equipment, machinery and facility: -To crop off 2x damaged boom sections -To pre-fabricate 2x new boom section, beam length 4000mm -To install & full weld newly pre-fabricated 2x boom sections -NDT testing (UT/MPI) -Water level & alignment of complete boom -Shot blasting primer coat on prefabricated section -Wire brush & roller paint primer on welding seams after completion -Material testing for 2x thickness (if required) Note: -Included are only materials as mentioned -Not included are any parts and any steel repairs not mentioned, or any steel repairs beyond boom section prefabrication length 4000mm
