Description: For Item 1 - Hydraulic Cylinder Standard Overhaul Specs from Owner: Bore Diameter: 125mm, Piston Rod Diameter: 70mm, Stroke: 2300mm, Max Pull Pressure: 210 Bar, Test Pressure: 315bar Labour charges (only) to open up cylinder for cleaning and inspection, to replace all seals, piston rod guide bush, sleeve and piston guide. Re-assemble cylinder and pressure test with 315 bar on piston side and 315 bar on ring side. ($2500/unit) Addtional work for servicing and testing of Counterbalance Valve block ($600) Note: Price excludes overtime, materials and additional work such as chroming, honing & machining work.
