Description: Refurbishment of Bridle Assembly Scope of Work: Collection of units from DP Yard Jebel Ali Complete strip down of the bridle assembly and degrease for inspection. • Carry out visual inspection for any defects on the bridle assembly • Carry out the complete strip down on the sheaves and bridle weldment assembly components • Blasting of metallic sheaves and frames & related components • Carry out the 100% NDT Inspections on weldments , shaves and pins • Perform the inspection of sheaves, spacers, rope guides, and keeper pates and sheave shaft etc. • Carry out inspection on pendant end bores, guides and supporting plates for any damages and corrosions. • Prepare the inspection report. Replacement of all sheave bearing and grease nipples, damaged rope guide spacers, all fasteners. • Perform corrective actions/ carry out weld repair works as required and • Replace the parts as required • Final Blasting and Painting as per DPE Specification final color RAL1028.
