Description: Hydraulic cylinder OD 788mm, length 10984mm, weight 25Ton Standard Overhaul Labour charges to dismantle the hydraulic cylinder for cleaning and inspection, to replace all seals, piston rod guide bush, sleeve and piston guide. Re-assemble cylinder and pressure test to 455bar. Included in overhaul cost: Test rig for 1x day, additional day at SGD 990.- Note: - Excluded from our offer are overtime, parts (others than mentioned above), machining, manufacturing, consumable, honing & chroming. - In case of urgency we will charge additional costs of 50% on Weekdays and 80% on Weekend / Public Holiday.
