Description: Rewinding of 45Kw, 4 Pole motor stator (round wires winding only) Rewinding Job scope: Dismantle motor, draw out rotor and bearings Strip off existing stator coils and clean with hot water Re-insulate core slots with nomex insulation paper Rewind stator coils as per original specification Hot dip in varnish and bake in oven Assemble the motor and perform free/No Load testing.
