Dismantle the motor and remove the bearings 2. Conduct electrical test like DLRO, IR test, Surge Test 3. Take the winding data 4. Remove the old burnt coil 5. Clean the lamination 6. Insulate the lamination 7. Rewind the new coil 8. Double dip varnish the stator and bake into oven 9. Clean the rotor and parts and bake into oven 10. Dynamic balance the rotor 11. Run-out check the rotor shaft 12. Renew DE & NDE Bearings 13. Renew Space heaters 14. Remove the excess varnish 15. Measure the bearing housing and journal dimension 16. Assemble the motor 17. Conducted no load test run
