Description: DRAGHEAD WINCH UNIT (Port & Stbd.) (Make ZOLLERN) Standard Overhaul 1x Winch frame and drum: Perform NDT testing on winch drum and on all load bearing areas of the winch frame, measure wear on drum grooves, Replace counter bearing on winch drum, inspect limit switch gearbox 1x Gearbox: Dismantle gearbox and clean for inspection, perform NDT testing on all gears, carriers and pins, re-assemble with new bearings and seals, check brake torque adjustment individual leak test on brake pressure unit leak test and function test with repair certificate. 1x Brake Unit: dismantle and clean for inspection, check correct qty of inner and outer brake lamellas and correct qty of springs type I and type II, re-assemble with new seals and bearings, check static torque (220Nm) of the assembled brake unit and re-adjust if required, pressure test with test report Note: All prices stated are excluding parts, machining / manufacturing costs and consumables.
