Description: SWL20ton Single Fall Hook Standard Overhaul: Labour Charges (only) : - To open up Hook Block and clean all parts for inspection, - To power brush all items to bare metal - To carry out crack testing on all bearing seating faces, welding seams & load bearing areas - To to establish a QC report - To re-paint all items with a 3-layer marine paint, primer, intermediate and final layer. - To assemble with new bearings, seals and with broken parts renewed / repaired. Note: - Price is w/o overtime, parts, machining or manufacturing costs, w/o bearings and consumables. - Proof load testing, and re-certification can be arranged, at cost + 10% admin charges
