Description: Crane Boom No.3 Repair > Repair of Crane Jib Sections - 02 X Sections Length approx. 5000mm each > Replace 2x Pivot Piece Plate (Dim: Thk 36mm x 310mm x 680mm) To provide labour, materials, tools & euipment, machinery & facilty to carryout the following repair: -To offload/load of Crane Jib at Alatas Workshop -To crop off existing damaged 2x Jib sections of est length 5000MM each -Install & full weld newly fabricated Jib sections & carryout NDT (UT/MPI). -Wire brush & roller paint primer coat on repaired crane jib sections -Carryout water hose levelling & machining on pivot piece plate (only) Note: -Price excludes overtime, parts, transportation, machining, sandblasting/painting, removal/installation on site, material testing & classification society.
