Description: Slew bearing inspection Dismantle, clean for inspection, 100% visual inspection of rollers and spacers, measure selected rollers (balls), perform NDT testing (MPI) on the 100% of raceways of inner and outer ring and selected rollers (balls), inspect all teeth and determine grade of wear, reassemble slewing with grease, mark soft point on inner and outer ring and mark the 3 teeth (lowest point in a circle), install new grease nipples and grease complete slewing ring. Note: Price excludes overtime, materials and other machining works
