(Our offered slewing bearings will be manufactured in China by a reputable ALATAS Group audited bearing manufacturer as per final, customer approved drawings with a delivery of 4-5 months. The manufacturing process is closely monitored by ALATAS and intermediate & final QC inspections will be carried out by ALATAS own personnel.
The slewing rings will be delivered with following certificates:
- Material Mill Certificate
- Ultrasonic Certificate
- Raceway Hardness certificate
- Heat treatment Certificate
- Dimensional records, clearance and roundness records
- Factory Certificate
- ALATAS QC certificate
A full class certificate is not available, but we can arrange for additional QC inspection of the manufacturing process and by a class surveyor, at cost.) |
