Description: Hydraulic Cylinder Standard Overhaul (Width: 6920mm x Height:509mm x Depth:579mm, Weight: 4855 KG) Standard Overhaul Labour charges to carryout dismantling of cylinder, cleaning and inspection, to replace all seals, piston rod guide bush, sleeve and piston guide. Re-assemble complete cylinder. Pressure test and function test with test report ($7,000 / unit) Note: -Price is excluding overtime, parts, and machining works such as chroming & honing & any additional works. -(*)Hydraulic Oil filled (1 drum) will be drained out from the cylinder after pressure testing. If hyd oil is required to remain in the cylinder, we will charge additional $800.00 SGD/drum for the hydraulic oil supplied.
