Conduct electrical test like DLRO, IR test, Surge & Impedance check 3. Take the winding data on dual speed stator coil 4. Remove the burnt coils 5. Clean the stator lamination and reinsulate 6. Rewind the dual speed coil 7. Double dip varnish the stator coil and bake into oven 8. Remove the excess varnish 9. Clean the rotor and parts with steam and chemical and bake into oven 10. Run out check on rotor shaft 11. Dynamic Balancing of Rotor 12. Renew DE & NDE Bearings (Price will be quoted after proper dismantling and inspection) 13.
