Description: Standard Overhaul of SWL10ton, Single Fall Hook (Ø 24mm) - Labour only [Aux. Hook] - To open up Hook and clean all parts for inspection, - To power brush all items to bare metal - To carry out crack testing on all bearing seating faces, welding seams & load bearing areas - To to establish a QC report - To re-paint all items with a 3-layer marine paint, primer, intermediate and final layer. - To assemble with new bearings, seals and with broken parts renewed / repaired. Note: - Price is w/o overtime, parts, machining, bearings and consumables. - Excluding Load testing (Inshore) and class recertification. - Excluding sandblasting and painting. - Overhaul Hook blocks, adhere to being DROPS Compliant **Lead time subject to change depending of nature of repairs and acquiring of parts, e.g. xylan coated bolts, parts fabrication, all machining works etc.
