Description: Boom Repair IHI H305185-240, Boom Dwg F3-10565 , No.3 Cargo Crane Jib Damage Repair Work Scope of works: -Upon arrival of barge in Alatas jetty, to arrange crane & unload the crane at our Waterfront jetty. -Carry out offloading at Alatas Waterfront yard and arrange temporary jig to place -Check general alignment with water level prior to commence repair works. -Crop and renew damaged jib plate at Alatas workshop. -Check general alignment with water level after completion of repair works. -Carry out 100% UT and Painting works. -Arrange shore crane to load onto the barge and carry out sea fastening works. Note: -Quotation based on drawing and specifications given and if any variation in job scope subject to Final Inspection / Class requirement, a revised quotation will be submitted for approval. -Price includes material (ABS EH36 or equivalent), painting of affected areas with 1x layer of primer & NDT test. Price excludes classification surveyor, final paint, transportation & overtime.
