Description: Anchor Windlass Standard Overhaul Labour cost to dismantle / assemble complete windlass: -Sandblast complete unit and NDT -Paint with 3x coat marine grade paint, DFT 300micron -inspect all bushes and main shaft clearances, replace bushes if required -Inspect clutch wear and fabricate new clutches if required -Inspect surface wear on brake drums and machine if required -Replace brake linings - glue with ARALDITE AV138 (Epoxy) & HB998 (Hardener) -Inspect wear on chain wheels and weld up if required -Overhaul gearbox and hydraulic motor (offered separately) -Replace all bearings, seals and screws -Grease all lubrication points -FAT with external HPU Included: NDT, Sandblasting / Painting Note: Not included are any parts, brake linings, machining / fabrication, weld repairs, miscellaneous (glue, etc…), and will be offered separately.
