Motor, 10.3 kW Standard Overhaul Work scope for Rewinding of Motor: Dismantle the unit and separate the bearings , Conduct electrical test like DLRO, IR test, Impedance Balance test, Use heat to remove stator core from frame for rewinding , Take the winding data of the Stator coil, Remove the failed coil on the stator, Clean the lamination from debris, Insulate the stator lamination,Rewind the stator coil with data taken, Double dip varnish the stator coil with stoven varnish and bake into oven, Insert back the wound coil and core lamination, Clean the rotor and parts and bake into oven, Remove the excess varnish on both stator and rotor, Dynamic balance the rotor, Run-out check on rotor shaft, Measure the bearing housing and journals dimensions, Renew both end Bearings, Assemble the unit, Conduct No Load Run Test & Paint the unit Note: This is budgetary price and it excludes overtime, parts , machining works.
