Description: Single Fall Hook Block SWL 20 Mto Standard Overhaul (On urgent basis please add 30%) Remove hook assembly and dismantle, perform NDT testing on all load bearing areas / hook / hook nut / end nut / threaded hook housing, dimensional check of hook / hook nut / end nut, re-assemble with new thrust bearing, hook shaft guide rings, use XYLON coated screws and secure with lock wire, conform to DROPS. Stencil SWL on hook block NDT testing of hook after onshore load testing Note: Price is non urgent basis, and excluding parts, machining / manufacturing costs, sandblasting / painting and consumables.
