Description: Electric Motor Standard Overhaul Job scope: - Dismantle the motor and remove the bearings - Conduct electrical test like DLRO,IR test, Surge Test - Clean the stator coil with steam and chemical and bake into oven -Varnish the stator coil and bake into oven -Clean the rotor and parts and bake into oven -Remove the excess varnish -Measure the bearing housing and journal dimension -Run-out check the rotor shaft -Renew DE & NDE Bearings -Assemble the motor -Conduct electrical test again -Conducted no load test run -Provide Final Report Note: -Price excludes overtime, parts, machining / manufacturing costs and consumables.
