Description: Hoisting Winch Standard Overhaul Labour charges to disassemble hoisting winch gearbox and clean all parts for inspection. To carry out NDT testing on all bearing seating faces and gears. To establish a detailed report of findings. To re-assemble with new bearings, seals and with broken parts renewed / repaired. Included in overhaul cost: NDT testing Note: -Excluded from our offer are overtime, parts, machining, manufacturing & consumables. -Overhaul of Motor attached to Winch is not included & will be offered seperately upon receiving and inspecting the unit. -In case of urgency we will charge additional costs of 50% on Weekdays and 80% on Weekend / Public Holiday.
