Description: 8. To remove fixed traverse, disassemble into components, check tolerances, clean oil tank, replace filters, fittings & hoses, service as needed and re-assemble 9. To remove moveable traverse, disassemble into components, check tolerances, service as needed and re-assemble 10. To remove grab head, disassemble into components, check tolerances, service as needed and re-assemble 11. To overhaul rope sheaves with new bearing bushes, incl. power brushing & painting 12. To remove and refit control unit, hydr. hoses & fittings as needed 13. To replace closing wire ropes, shackles and lifting link (ropes & parts at cost) 14. To renewed all grease points, to fully grease all joints with EP2 grease 15. Clean oil tank, renew hydraulic oil (100 ltr), filters & breathers 16. To carry out no-load grab function testing (owner to supply remote control transmitter)
