Description: - Removal & overhaul of grab cylinders, incl. seal set (chroming, honing and other repair work & parts at extra cost) - Removal, overhaul & bench testing of main pump incl. seal set (other spare parts & pump repair work at extra cost) - Overhaul of control block incl. seal set (SRV1 & SRV2 valves, pressure limiting valves etc. at extra cost) - Cleaning of aggregate, filter change, new hydr. oil, incl. new hoses & fittings as required - New grease nipples and full grease service on all joints and bushes - Assessment of steering arm bushes and pins (new pins & bushes and labour to change them at extra cost) - Drying & megga testing of electric motor - Checking of electrical plug(s) (new plugs, if needed, at extra cost) - Touch-up painting (power brushing & painting of complete grab can be done at extra cost) - Full function testing for a minimum of 50 cycles.
