Description: Anchor Mooring Winch Electrical Motor Standard Overhaul Work scope for Rewinding Dual Speed AC Motor: 1. Dismantle the motor and remove the bearings 2. Conduct electrical test like DLRO, IR test, Surge Test 3. Take the winding data 4. Remove the old burnt coil 5. Clean the lamination 6. Insulate the lamination 7. Rewind the new dual speed coil 8. Double dip varnish the stator and bake into oven 9. Clean the rotor and parts and bake into oven 10. Run out check on the rotor shaft 11. Dynamic Balance the rotor 12. Renew DE & NDE Bearings – 6316 C3 x 2pcs 13. Measure the bearing housing and journal dimension 14. Assemble the motor 15. Conduct Electrical Test Again 16. Provide Final report. Note: This is budgetary price. Oil seal, V ring and any parts other than above will be quoted additional. The bearing housing re-sleeve, bearing journal repair and any other mechanical repair will be additional.
