Description: Overhauling of windlass / Mooring winch electric motor (C/W Brake Coil) Dismantle motor, draw out rotor and bearings Clean stator & rotor with chemical solvent Megger check Hot dip in varnish and bake in oven Supply and renew bearings 6218zzC3 & 62112RS Supply and renew oil seal (90X110X12) Machining of nde housing and resleeve to size Conduct dynamic balancing of the rotor c/w report Assemble the motor and perform free load testing.
