Description: Overhaul of SWL 40 Ton Hook Block: (Standard overhaul) - To open up Hook Block and clean all parts for inspection, - To power brush all items & sheaves to bare metal - To carry out crack testing on all bearing seating faces, welding seams & load bearing areas - To establish a QC report - To assemble with new bearings, seals and with broken parts renewed / repaired. Note: - Price is w/o overtime, parts, machining and w/o bearings and consumables. - Load testing and recertification can be arranged, at cost.
