Description: 1.Dismantling of pumps & motors, submission of Initial Inspection Report of each item as received, on as is basis with open up photographs. 02. Spares require, if any, will be mentioned in inspection report & will be quoted accordingly., Original Rexroth parts will be used for replacement., You can witness inspection of all internal parts of your pumps + motors & replacement parts at our works., 03. Submission of Final Inspection Report after overhauling/servicing, with open up photographs. 04. New Seal kit will be used after overhauling/servicing & repairing, during assembly., 05. 3 bar case pressure will be maintained for 20 minutes, to check external leak from joints/seal etc., 06. Test report of pumps & motors with test photographs will be provided. Complete bench tested (test until drain flow has peaked and stabilised) hydraulic pumps & motors at 280 bar through hydraulic data log., Close loop pump Null setting will be carried out. Flow drop with rise in pressure in close loop pumps wil
