Description: Orange Peel Grab MMGL 8000-4 General Overhaul Workshop Cost To provide labour, equipment and facility to carry out following recommended Scope of Work: -Dismantle / assemble complete Grab / base unit / HPU -remove / install all 6x shells and replace pins and bushes where required -inspect shell tips and replace if required -remove / install six (6) lifting cylinders for recommended overhaul -remove / install E-motor for recommended overhaul -Inspect Connection box (insulation, terminals, plug connections) -remove / install hydraulic pump for recommended overhaul -remove / install hydraulic valve block for recommended overhaul -replace all hydraulic hoses and fittings (where required) -clean out hydraulic tank and fill up new hydraulic oil (393ltr), replace return filter -overhaul lubrication system and replace all lubrication hoses -remove / install top pins for inspection -NDT testing on all pins and load bearing welding seams
