Description: Our slewing bearings will be manufactured in China by a reputable ALATAS Group audited bearing manufacturer as per final, customer approved drawings. The manufacturing process is closely monitored by ALATAS and intermediate & final QC inspections will be carried out by ALATAS own personnel. The slewing rings will be delivered with following certificates: 1.Report on Inspection certificate of Forging. 2.Material certificate. 3.Microscopic purity analysis report of the raw material. 4.Report on Heat treatment of Forging. 5.Report on Ultrasonic Examination of Forging. 6.Report on Ultrasonic Examination of bearing.(UT) 7.Report on Penetrant Examination of bearing.(PT) 8.Report on Heat treatment of bearing.(Raceway Induction ) 9.Report on Hardness Inspection. 10.Report on Final inspection certificate of bearing. **Additional cost required for full class certificate **
